Our weekend

Our weekend. This weekend was pretty nice and relaxing. Time flies when you only have 2 days off and back to work for 5 days! Friday I had a doctors appointment. Yay for 20 weeks! It was at Desert Prenatal Associates, which is my high risk doctor. They did a long ultrasound and did a lot of measuring on the baby to check for size. It is so different doing ultrasounds with your second. With Deegan we were in ahhh watching it on the screen, but this time around you just want to make sure everything looks healthy. But the baby is doing great and so I am! And we are having a boy! We found that out a few weeks ago.

After the doctors we took Deegan to the pumpkin patch by the house. He loved to just run around! He doesn't sit still. I wonder if he could run around for an hour if we let him. We went into the petting zoo and the animals came right up to Deegan and he was a little scared. He really liked the chicken. Then we put him in the bounce house and he wasn't too sure about that. He didn't want to stand, so he just crawled around. After the pumpkin patch we went to Sweet Tomato for dinner. That is one of our favorite family restaurants. Deegan gets to try so many new foods. He had his favorite - sweet potato, raisins, pasta and mac n cheese. He had his first ice cream cone and was so cute eating it. At first he thought it was really cold and would only put the tip of his tongue on the ice cream. Then once he figured out how yummy it was, he went crazy. 

Saturday, I had to work at the new mom baby shower in our company store. The event went great. I planned the whole thing and it was a lot of fun! After that Kevin picked me up and we all went to Red Robin for dinner. Lots of eating out lately because I don't feel like cooking! Then we went to the park and Deegan ran around again like a crazy little boy!

Sunday was very nice. We never left the house. We played with Deegan a lot. He got some new trucks and he loved playing with them. We also read a lot of book and wrestled on the floor for a little. He took a wonderful 3.5 hour nap, while I worked on his Halloween costume and made chicken enchiladas for the week. Then he woke up and we played more and watched Shrek for the first time. We had Taco Salad for dinner.

Today is mine and Kevin's 3rd year anniversary. Married for 3 years but we have been together for 9 years. We aren't doing much for our anniversary. We would of gone out to dinner this weekend but we don't have anyone to watch Deegan.
