Birthday week

Deegan's birthday is next week on Wednesday the 19th. I want to make sure we get full use out of his birthday shirt (that we got from Aunt Mary and Uncle Larry for Christmas). So he is going to wear it all week! Well probably not EVERYday but whenever it is clean.

I can't believe my baby boy is going to be 1! He has been changing so much. Just since Christmas (not even 4 weeks ago) he has started crawling on all four (but he still army crawls because he is faster at it), waving bye bye, going from crawling position to sitting position, pulling himself up to his knees, then pulling himself up to his feet and standing, climbing up the stairs and repeating words (his favorite is oh-oh). Every time he learns a new skills, it only takes him one day to perfect it. He still can't figure out how to get down from standing position. He just stands there and cries until I go and help him.

Before we know it he will be walking and talking!

He loves crawling up to the doggie gate. He probably does it 20 times a day! He is getting strong and starting to knock it over. It scares me. I hate when he plays at the gate. Also when I am in the kitchen, he just stands at the gate whining for me.
