Library and Valentine's wreath

Yesterday Deegan and I made a trip to the West Sahara library. First off I will say that Las Vegas has a ton of libraries. There is one in every part of the town. So we checked out West Sahara on Friday afternoon and enjoyed it. We got LOTS of great books. I read to Deegan every night but I am trying to start reading to him more during the day. I try to turn off the TV and just go in his room and read some books. Some days he will sit there and listen and some days he will only listen for about 2 pages and then he wants to go play. I am hoping to find a new favorite book out of selection.

Last night was craft night with some of the mommies at Angie's house. We made Valentine's Day wreaths. They turned out really cute! I cleaned up our front door and porch today and hung it up. I couldn't believe how dirty our screen door gets. After a quick rinse with the hose, it is nice and clean! We also have our Valentine's Day flag hanging outside. I love my little flags! I am trying to get some for every holiday.

Today we went to the park. The weather was beautiful. In the 60's and sunny! I made a big bowl of fruit salad and we took it to the park. Deegan enjoyed climbing all over the stroller and trying to push it. I wonder if he will be walking by end of next month? I am going to be scared when he is walking. I am going to be scared that he will fall and get hurt. I have to remember he is only 32" off of the ground, so his falls won't hurt. I feel like I always have my hand on his back because I don't want him to fall. First time mom here!!
