My first "real" blog

So I decided to start a blog. Well, I started one when I was pregnant and never updated it. I wanted to start one so Deegan could read it when he was older. I think I wrote in it twice. I also had a Live Journal. I started it back in maybe April of 2002. I met Kevin in September of 2002, so my Live Journal has a lot about us dating, moving to Vegas, buying a house, etc. I had a few posts about being pregnant. I will never get rid of my Live Journal. I love going back and reading old posts. So I guess I use to blog back in 2002! Before it was the "cool" thing to do! Haha!

So that is why I am starting this blog. I want to be able to go back and read about things that we have done. We are a very busy family. We like to go out and explore our city and do new things. You will never see us sitting at home watching TV. The TV actually is never really on in our house. I have even thought about canceling our cable. That just shows how much we DON'T watch it. We would be happy just with Netflix. So back on track, we are always busy doing things, so why not keep track of them. I think I stopped Live Journal because it was too hard to update. They didn't make it easy to load pictures and it was full of ads. So far this seems pretty easy. I will give it a week. I really don't want to spend too much more time on the computer. I already spend enough time on it during the week. As soon as I get off the computer I always think about a billion other things I should of been doing, instead of being on the computer. Also I am only on the computer when Deegan is napping. So nap time is very important. It is my only time to make phone calls, pay bills, clean, take a shower, make a grocery list, etc.

Maybe I should make myself a schedule. Like a Monday-Friday schedule of what kind of things to post. To help keep me on track. I have seen people do things like....Top 10 Tuesdays, etc. I have a lot of blogs that I already read, so I get a lot of ideas from them. My mind is always thinking of new ideas and creative things.
